Delivery Information

We ship to all areas of the UK and will dispatch your order using a standard 48 hour tracked service. All orders are tracked with our courier, and a tracking email will be sent once dispatch is confirmed. If you require a quicker service, please contact us directly to discuss.

Orders

Orders are dispatched by a standard 48-hour courier service with tracking information sent out with order confirmation. Our courier delivers Monday -Friday, and orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same day.

Returns Policy

Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order for either a refund or replacement. Products must be returned in “as new” condition in their original packaging to be eligible for either a refund or replacement. Incorrect items received, must be returned to us before replacements will be dispatched. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours, or the items being received back to us, and will appear in your back account within 3-5 days or processing. Please keep any proof of postage you may have when you return your item as this will enable us to resolve any issues if the item is delayed for any reason. If an item is received damaged, or has been sent incorrectly, we will pay for the cost of the return, if an item is unwanted, then the customer will cover the cost of returning it to us.

To return an item, please contact us directly at contact@youvsyou.co.uk to initiate the Return process. Once your item has been received back with us, we will process it and issue a return/replacement in line with your Returns policy.
