FAQ’s Where’s my order?

Your order will be dispatched on a standard 48 hour tracked service, and you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with an estimated delivery date. If you have not received your order on this date, please contact us directly so we can investigate with our courier.

 

How can I return an item for refund or replacement?

Please visit our Returns section for full details on our Returns and Refunds policies. However, if you have any queries about the items you have received, please don’t hesitate to contact us so we can resolve them for you. If you have received an incorrect item in your order, our Customer Services Team will be more than happy to correct this for you.

 

How do I track my order?

All orders are dispatched on a tracked service, and you will receive and email with a tracking number and link once the items are dispatched to you.

 

Can I change my order?

We can amend any order up until the point of dispatch, so please get in touch if you want to make a change. Once an order has been dispatched, we will require you to return any items you wish to change before we can dispatch a replacement. How can I pay for my order? – We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal and Klarna.
